In case of an emergency, we can also be reached outside office hours via the telephone number above.
Of course you can also visit us at our office in Rotterdam. On working days, our opening hours are from 09.00 to 17.30. If necessary, you can also make an appointment with us outside office hours.
We communicate in Dutch, as well as in English, in various ways: in writing, by e-mail, by telephone or in a personal meeting. Please let us know which has your preference.
Our services consist of the following steps:
1. Orientation
2. Inventorisation
3. Analyse
4. Advise
5. Mediation
6. Maintenance
When you make an appointment with us, we will start with an orientation meeting. This meeting is completely non-binding and is intended to find out together what we can do for you. During this meeting, we will explain our working methods and inform you of the costs of our services. After the meeting, you can decide whether and how you wish to proceed with our services.
Before we proceed to give advice, we will establish your wishes and (financial) situation. In order to do this, we will ask you for your cooperation in answering a number of questions. We may also ask you to provide certain documents.
After we have a good picture of your needs and situation, we will analyse and prioritise the data you provided. This will make it clear where your risks as well as where your opportunities lie. This is the starting point for the advice we will give you.
Based on the analysis made, we develop our advice and will discuss this with you. In this advice, we take into account your risks and wishes. We select the most fitting solution for your situation. Our advice may not always lead to an insurance product. We can also advise you to cover (parts of) your risks in an alternative way.
If our advice recommends an insurance product, we act as a broker and mediate the process. We will then ensure that the insurance is applied for and drawn up correctly.
We inventorise - in according with the frequency agreed with upon with you - of any relevant changes in your wishes, posibilities and situation. This is an essential part of our service and ensures that our advice continues to be adapted to your (changed) situation. We communicate relevant changes in your situation to the insurers in question. You can also contact us with all your questions about our advice and solutions. Furthermore, we keep you informed of changes in laws and regulations. Finally, we will support you in your contacts with the insurer of the event of unexpected damage.
Our firm does business with many different providers (banks and insurers) of financial products. We make a selection of the companies we do business with.
If we advise you on a particular financial service, we examine beforehand whether a product from the providers we have selected meets your needs.
We make this selection based on a large number of factors. Of course this includes the level of premium, but also the quality of the conditions and the experience of how the provider behaves when called upon. If you would like to receive a list of our cooperating partners, we would be happy to provide you with one.
We belong entirely to the group of: Unbound intermediaries. This means that we can freely (i.e. without any contractual obligation) advise the products of a select number of banks and insurers. At your request, we will be happy to provide you with a list of banks and insurers we work with.
No financial institution such as a bank or an insurer has an ownership interest or control in our company.
Our services are not free of charge. To provide our services, we incur operating costs. Think of salaries, housing costs, insurance, training and licences. The fee for our services can be charged in two ways.
The costs of our non-life, health and income insurance services are in most cases part of the premium charged to you. If you have paid the premium, you have also paid for our services, unless you have made other arrangements with us beforehand.
For Disability Insurance, remuneration takes place through a one-off, pre-determined fee plus a service subscription.
We will never charge you a fee seperately from the premium without prior agreement. This means that we have to agree with you in advance on the amount and method of remuneration for our services. This fee depends on or is derived from the number of hours multiplied by our hourly rate. For example, when we only advise you, without mediating for you. We document this agreement in our service confirmation.
The legislator attaches great importance to controlled remuneration policies at financial firms. The policy should aim to counter the risks of careless treatment of consumers by the financial company. It goes without saying that we subscribe to this importance and have take the necessary measures and procedures to ensure this.

You may also have your data changed and deleted at your request.
We treat your commission with the utmost attention and care. However, should something go wrong, the following applies: we have professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the amound paid our under our professional liability insurance in the case in question, including excess.
If no payment is made under this insurance, liability is limited in total to the fee charged by us in connection with the relevant commission, with a maximum of € 50,000.00. Have we not charged you a fee for our services? Then our liability is limited to the annual premium of the financial product to which your claim relates.
To best serve your interest in the field of financial services, we also ask a number of things from you. In any case, that you inform us of the correct details and any changes both before taking out and during the term of the insurance. This is in your own interest. If, in the event of subsequent damage, it turns out that you have provided incorrect, incomplete or late information, the insurer may be entitled under the insurance terms and conditions not to reimburse you or not to reimburse you fully in the event of damage.
We depend on the information you provide us for our advice. In the relationship we have with you, depending on the current events, we ask you to inform us regularly. For example, whether there are changes in your operation, or whether you have recently made major investments for your business. The information we receive from you helps determine the advice we give you.
Your financial portfolio is best compared to a jigsaw puzzle, The picture cannot be completed until all the pieces of the puzzle are known. It is possible that you have taken out certain financial products elsewhere and also have them supervised elsewhere. However, in order to best represent your interests, it is important for us to have an overall picture.
This will prevent us from not drawing your attention to a particular risk because we could think you had already arranged it elsewhere. This is why we ask you to help us complete the overall picture of your financial services package.
Naturally, we ask you to inform us to any changes in your business situation that may affect your package of financial services. Think for example of a move, a merger, change in the number of staff, or change in shareholders.
If we provide a particular financial service for you, we will often send you information. Sometimes this will involve information we send you based on a legal obligation.
However, we may also send you information because we think it will help you better orientate on excisting or new financial products and services. We ask you to read all our information carefully and consult us if necessary.
In any case, we always ask you to check policies and other contracts yourself and establish wheter they have been drawn up in accordance with your wishes. Naturally, we also check these documents.
You have the right to terminate the relationship with our firm at any time. You can request your insurance company to transfer the current insurance policies to the adviser of your choice.
We can also take the initiative to terminate our relationship with you. This does not alter the fact that existing insurance contracts will remain in effect. The duty of care for your insurance lies with us until another intermediary or insurer takes over this duty of care.
Although we do our utmost for you, the possibility exists that you are not satisfied with our service. We hope that you will then make this known as soon as possible and thus allow us to investigate your complaint. We will therefore make every effort to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. In addition, your complaint will give us cause to consider wether we can improve our services.
